These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ac77 online betting and gaming platform, operated at https://ac77.io ("the Platform", "ac77", "we", "our", or "us"). The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify ac77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ac77 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

ac77 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. While 2FA is not mandatory, ac77 strongly recommends enabling this feature to enhance account security. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in the account security settings panel after login.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

ac77 is committed to the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, ac77 may at any time request the following documentation from any account holder:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet linked to the account).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed thresholds set by ac77's compliance team.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the ac77 Platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, Test matches), football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other sporting markets offered.

Placing Bets

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and placed. ac77 uses dynamic pricing models; odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are set by ac77 and may vary by market, event, and account status. These limits are displayed in the betting interface prior to stake entry.
• ac77 reserves the right to set individual betting limits on a per-account basis, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Void Bets and Refunds

• A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum playing time required for bets to stand has been completed; the event does not take place on its scheduled date and is not rescheduled within a timeframe specified by ac77; or a palpable error (manifest odds error) is identified.
• Where a bet is placed on an event whose result is already known at the time of placement, ac77 reserves the right to void the bet and take appropriate action against the account.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events, including live cricket fixtures. Results and Settlements

• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.

The ac77 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to ac77. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond ac77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or account balances subsequently corrected by ac77.
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform where that information was the result of a technical error subsequently identified and corrected.

ac77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ac77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ac77 reserves the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
